中华蓝紫丝膜菌是丝膜菌属小黏柄丝膜菌组sect. Delibuti的一个紫色物种。

形态特征

小黏柄丝膜菌组的共同特征是:担子果myxacioid型,菌盖和菌柄均黏;担孢子近球形至宽椭圆形。

该物种的主要特征是:菌盖小,约1-3cm宽,紫至蓝紫色,表面胶质;菌褶弯生,幼时紫至蓝紫色,成熟后变褐色;菌柄圆柱形至棒状,基部不膨大,白色至淡紫色;内菌幕在菌柄上形成上位锈色环带;外菌幕胶质化,蓝紫色,覆盖在菌盖和菌柄上;显微镜下担孢子近球形至宽椭圆形,7.4–9.0 × 6.0–7.7 µm,粗糙;无囊状体;菌盖皮层双层,外层强烈胶质化。[1]

相似物种

蓝紫丝膜菌Cortinarius salor是一个相似的蓝紫色物种,过去常在我国被报道。但该物种可靠的标本来自欧洲(北美洲可能有分布)[8],而我国缺乏明确的分布证据。对我国标本馆的“C. salor”考证,未观察到可靠的凭证标本[2]。因此,该物种是欧洲物种,在我国可能没有分布。我国的“C. salor”报道可能是其他的紫色丝膜菌而非真正的C. salor,例如《中国的毒蘑菇》[3]上记录的“荷叶丝膜菌”实际即为本物种。

在我国,同组有若干个十分相似的紫色丝膜菌物种。Cortinarius lilacinicarpus的菌盖颜色更淡,淡紫红色、灰红色至淡紫罗兰色;菌褶幼年近白色,略带淡紫色调;担孢子较小,6.7-8.1 × 5.5-7.0 µm[1]Cortinarius fibrillososalor的菌盖宽2.9-5.2cm,上有小纤维,湿润时胶质,干燥时则丝绸状;担孢子宽球形至长椭圆形,很少近球形,(6.5–) 7.0–8.8 (–9.2) × (5.0–) 5.9–7.2 (–8.1) μm[4]类蓝紫丝膜菌Cortinarius saloroides的菌盖上也有细小的纤维[5]Cortinarius vividus的菌盖宽2-6cm,颜色饱和度更高,亮蓝紫色[1]近蓝紫丝膜菌Cortinarius subsalor的菌盖颜色更偏紫,而本物种略蓝。此外,Cortinarius sinocalaisopusCortinarius orientisalor也相似,最好通过分子证据区分[1][6]

退紫丝膜菌Cortinarius traganus是另一个组的紫色丝膜菌物种,但区别明显:它菌盖干燥不黏,幼年淡紫色被大量纤毛,成熟后常褪色为灰紫色、褐色并且变光滑。菌柄中上部亦有丰富的浅紫色纤毛[2]

萨氏丝膜菌属也有几个紫色调的物种,如薰紫萨氏丝膜菌Thaxterogaster lavendulaceusThaxterogaster indopurpurascensThaxterogaster sinopurpurascens等。它们通常拥有更宽的菌盖(常3-6cm),且多少带褐色调;菌柄干燥而不黏。此外,后两者菌肉受伤变深紫色,菌柄基部明显膨大。以上特征和中华蓝紫丝膜菌(蓝紫色菌盖、黏滑不膨大菌柄)不符合。[7]

丝膜菌属的部分物种因含有奥莱毒素,引发急性肾衰竭中毒而闻名。有少数资料记载该物种可食用,但更常被记载含有奥莱毒素,例如《中国的毒蘑菇》[1]中便如此记载。《中国毒蘑菇名录》[2]、《中国毒蘑菇新修订名录》[3]均收录该物种。

然而,上述资料并未给出参考文献。根据最新的系统发育研究,丝膜菌属明确产生奥莱毒素的物种全部在sect. Orellani中,多数是一些黄色、褐色或红褐色物种,而本物种和其他紫色物种并不属于这一组[4]。并且,没有文献报道从该物种或近缘物种中提取出奥莱毒素。2019-2025年中国疾控中心也均未报道本种或近缘种的中毒事件。因此,该物种有毒的记录可能有误。由于相关证据尚不明确,保险起见,建议避免采食。

Diagnosis: Similar to C. subsalor in sect. Delibuti but differs in its more distinct violaceous to bluish violet pileus.

Typification: CHINA. Hunan Province, Dong’an County, in broad-leaved forest, 14 September 2010, Zuo-Hong Chen, Ping Zhang, MHHNU 30649.

Etymology: Named after the species morphologically similar to Cortinarius salor, and the geographical distribution range of China.

Description: Pileus 10–30 mm, hemispherical at first, then convex with a low umbo to plane, violaceous (16A2-16A4) to bluish violet (17A4-17B4) and the colour is deep in the centre at first, becoming violet white (16A2-17A3) to yellow brown (4B5-4C7), surface glutinous. Lamellae adnexed; moderately crowded, violaceous (16A1-16A2) to bluish violet (17A2-17B2), later brown (5B4-5C7), edge usually incurved. Stipe 40–70 mm long, 4–10 mm thick, cylindrical to clavate, whitish to lilac (16A2-17A3) with fibrillose at the apex, surface covered bluish violet (17A4-17B4) universal veil, basal mycelium white (−A1), solid initially, then hollow. Universal veil glutinous, bluish violet (17A4-17B4). Context violet (16A2-17A2) at the pileus, later greyish violet (17B2) to white (−A1). Odour indistinct.

Basidiospores 7.4–9.0 × 6.0–7.7 µm, Q = 1.07–1.38, Xav. = 8.2–8.3 × 6.6–7.0 µm, Qav. = 1.19–1.27, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid, coarsely verrucose. Basidia 25–33 × 7–9 µm, clavate, colourless, or amber yellow oily liquid. Lamellar edges fertile. Cystidia absent. Pileipellis: epicutis strongly gelatinous, about 75–125 µm thick, hyphae 4–8 µm wide, colourless in 5% KOH, hyphae irregularly to subparallel arranged and weakly interwoven, almost smooth. Hypodermium present, hyphae 8–28 µm wide, slightly yellow in 5% KOH, and smooth. Clamp connections present.

Ecology and distribution: In subtropical coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests or evergreen broad-leaved forests. Known from Hunan, Hubei, and Zhejiang, China.

Notes: Cortinarius sinosalor is characterised by glutinous basidiomata, violaceous to bluish violet pileus, bluish violet universal veil, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid basidiospores, on average 8.2–8.3 × 6.6–7.0 µm. The ITS of MHHNU 8572, MHHNU 30649, and HMJAU 58971 differs in the type sequence by three indels and 4–7 substitutions, but the morphological characteristics of these specimens are consistent with the other specimens. This species is easily confused with other species in sect. Delibuti in morphology. However, the ITS sequences of C. sinosalor differed from those of the other species in sect. Delibuti by at least 40 substitutions and indel positions and formed well-defined species clustered with C. fibrillososalor, C. subtropicus, and C. tibeticisalor in the phylogenetic tree.
